Thanks for the help with the FM stuff. There's a Matrix-1000 floating
around in this room at my school and I might be able to buy it off them for
cheap. So it sounds good? It really is analog? Do you hafta program it with
SysEx or will CC's work?

I didn't say TR-505 did I?? Naw, I have an MC-505, which definitley has some
wack sounds of it's own that I hate, but it's a live Godsend. But hey, the
TR-505 will actually do some seriously cool stuff when used properly.
Imagine running it through some extreme eq, then distortion or something,
then sequencing out some nutty AFX breakbeats on a software sequencer, I'd
do it if someone gave me a TR-505. Plus, it's the cheapest TR sequencer
available, people forget that you can build techno tracks with the sequencer
vey nicely on that thing.
